Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the pharma and/or medical devices sector, preferably with medical capital equipment or aesthetic products. Experience with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical aesthetics doctors is a plus.Higher Education, preferably in scientific or business-related fields.Desirable experience and knowledge of the Aesthetic Medicine sector in Spain.Native Spanish speaker and at least a medium-high level of English for training, events, etc.Key Responsibilities
Daily visits to doctors, assistants, and clinic managers to sell Sinclair’s energy-based devices within the assigned territory (Madrid capital, Salamanca, Valladolid, Alcalá de Henares).Achieve brand positioning and prestige in the territory.Attract and consolidate new clients.Arrange appointments, identify client needs, and persuade through consultative sales.Develop strategies to increase opportunities to meet new contacts in the medical aesthetic sector.Achieve the commercial objectives set by the company.Prepare daily and weekly reports.Organize events, conferences, and training for medical staff.Represent Sinclair at congresses, fairs, and other events.Conduct presentations, stay updated with clinical data, and discuss this data with healthcare professionals.Maintain positive collaboration with other departments.Benefits
