First Point Group is recruiting for a Technical Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer (RF | RAN | Radio) on behalf of a leading global telecommunications technology provider. The successful candidate must have 5+ years' experience in network solutions delivery or technical pre-sale s, deep understanding of 4 G/5 G Wireless technologies (Private Wireless/Open RAN is a massive bonus), and strong customer presentation pre-sales experience.Our client is a global leader in telecom and digital transformation software, partnering with many of the world's largest service providers. In short, you will drive the technical sales process by aligning advanced network solutions with customer business and technical requirements across complex telecom and enterprise environments throughout EMEA.*****This role is remote with willingness for European travel (20 to 30% of the time).Supporting the end-to-end technical sales cycle for network services and solutions across the EMEA region.Applying deep expertise in network technologies and industry best practices to develop scalable, high-quality technical proposals.Building awareness of network services and solutions within key accounts and strategic markets.Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams to position integrated, end-to-end solutions.Monitoring industry trends, standards, customer initiatives, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related technical discipline.~7+ years' experience in the telecommunications or communications industry.~5+ years' experience in network solutions delivery and/or technical pre-sales.~ Strong understanding of mobile network technologies including RAN, 4 G, 5 G, Private Wireless and/or Open RAN is a massive bonus.~ Proven experience in customer requirements analysis, solution design, project planning, and deployment.~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strategic, customer-facing role influencing high-impact network transformation programmes.
