Best Hotels is looking to hire a Head Chef in Lloret de Mar.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Customer service.
- Organize Department Schedules.
- Train the staff.
- Support all items in your department.
- Monitor compliance with the menu established by Central Best Hotels.
- Control and work with the records existing in the HACCP manual.
- Ensure and control Food Hygiene.
- Propose improvements to the gastronomic offerings and presentations.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
3 to 5 years as Head Chef in Holiday Hotels. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in Hotels.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Advanced Vocational Training in Hospitality and Tourism.
- Specific training related to cooking.
- Languages: Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
- Computer science: at the user level.
DIFFERENTIATING COMPETENCIES
Must be accustomed to preparing, organizing, and managing all hotel operations. A business-oriented approach is required, encompassing costs, budgets, orders, inventories, staff management, and strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on results and objectives.
