The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing, documenting, and adapting existing work processes to new digital systems and platforms.💻 What Will You Do?- Analyze and document existing work processes for migration to new digital platforms.- Transcribe and adapt existing work instructions from current systems into digital tools.- Define and structure new digital work instructions aligned with operational needs.- Review and optimize installation sequences.- Ensure installation steps are aligned with defined process frameworks and roadmaps.- Perform task time calculations using recognized time measurement methodologies.- Develop operational sequences and process roadmaps following process engineering practices.- Contribute to the development of new project management procedures and digital tools.🎯 Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related.- Experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.- Knowledge of process optimization methodologies, including techniques such as MTM (Methods-Time Measurement).- Experience or knowledge in:- Time measurement and time studies- Process engineering and process optimization- Workload balancing- Definition and monitoring of production KPIs- English level B2 or higher.
