David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Danish speaking Customer Service Representative for their offices in Spain.Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Benalmadena (Málaga), Spain or Torrevieja (Alicante), SpainEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonuses.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Be the first point of contact, update contact information, collect invoice, pre-onboarding, booking information and related requests- Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Native/fluent in Danish, both oral and written.
