Pb Role /b /p p The Commercial Account Manager is the person in charge of building, managing and maintaining a long-term relationship with B2B customers to improve the awareness of the company in this market share. /p p The goal is to open new B2B accounts, therefore the B2B account manager will be in charge of finding new business opportunities, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing actions. /p pb Responsibilities /b /pp• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and reach the company#39;s target /pp• Identify new sales opportunities within existing B2B accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling /pp• Manage and solve conflicts with clients: The Account Manager is expected to have specific information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep the Client updated. /pp• Interact and coordinate with the account team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account /pp• Establish budgets with the client and company /pp• Meet time deadlines for accounts /p pb Qualifications /b /pp•Competencies /pp- Set the example by actively contributing to department and company goals /pp- Take initiative and seek additional training or direction as needed. /pp- Build quality into work. Ensure processes are consistent with quality objectives. /pp- Develop and achieve departmental/company goals and controls.
