About the Role 
We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales. This role you will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing sales opportunities across the German-speaking market in Spain. You will collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions, strengthen relationships and drive business growth. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Identify and engage potential clients via phone, email and online platforms. 
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective and existing clients. 
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships. 
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals. 
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets. 
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales activities. 
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to support campaigns and initiatives. 
Requirements 
- Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English proficiency. 
- Proven experience in sales, business development or account management. 
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 
- Results‑driven, proactive and able to work independently. 
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms. 
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote model depending on location.
