Global Amazon Business | Nine Figure Revenue | High Autonomy
I am working with a nine figure ecommerce business that is heavily concentrated on Amazon, selling over 500k units per month across nearly 10k ASINs globally.
They are now hiring a specialist to take full ownership of FBA reimbursements, fee auditing and margin protection across all Amazon marketplaces.
This is a critical control role inside a complex, high volume environment.
It is not PPC.
It is not marketing.
It is not general Amazon account management.
It is about protecting margin at scale.
The Mandate
You will own the end to end FBA reimbursement and fee recovery process globally, including:
* Lost and damaged inventory claims
* Inbound discrepancies
* Warehouse miscounts
* FBA fee overcharges and tier errors
* Program related cost leakage
* Claim submission, escalation and appeals
* Ongoing reconciliation between Amazon, 3PL and internal systems
Today the process exists but lacks a single accountable owner. Your first task will be to audit the current state, identify gaps, redesign the workflow and implement a cleaner, more controlled system.
This role operates with very high autonomy and reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain.
What They Are Looking For
* Deep hands on FBA reimbursement experience
* High volume inventory reconciliation exposure
* Experience working with large ASIN catalogues
* Strong Excel and analytical skillset
* Comfortable operating independently in an unstructured environment
* Ideally experience within an Amazon aggregator or large DTC Amazon brand
Success will be measured by increased recovered value and reduced ongoing leakage.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys forensic operational work, understands how Amazon actually moves inventory behind the scenes, and wants ownership rather than a support function.
