What You'll Do
* Strategic Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact and \"Trusted Advisor\" for our most significant customers and their key stakeholders.
* Market Intelligence: Master your assigned markets. You'll analyze competitors and industry trends to build data-driven business cases that highlight clear commercial ROI.
* Drive Growth: Proactively identify and execute up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across Red Rake Gaming's world-class portfolio.
* Performance Focused: Translate business objectives into actionable market-level KPIs, constantly measuring performance and pivoting when necessary to exceed targets.
* Collaborative Impact: Work closely with the global commercial and marketing teams to implement localized promotional activities and product deliveries.
What You Bring to the Table
* Experience: A significant, proven track record in Sales or Account Management, specifically managing high-value partners.
* Mindset: A highly professional, \"can-do\" attitude with a holistic view of both strategic and tactical activities.
* Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in English. Fluency in Italian and/or Portuguese is highly valued and will be considered a significant asset.
* Social Intelligence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting, trust-based relationships.
* Tech-Savvy: The ability to understand and discuss complex technology solutions at a high level.
* Bonus: Previous experience in the Gambling/iGaming industry is a major advantage.
