Must-Have
* Deep curiosity about human psychology and what drives action
* Excellent writing, editing, and critical thinking skills
* Excited by the opportunity to sell, not just to write
* Clear, concise communication skills
* Comfortable leading a small creative team (writers, designers, developers)
* Willing to take full responsibility—when things go right and when they don’t
Nice-to-Have
* Experience with WordPress and content-driven growth
* Experience managing partnerships or affiliates
* Exposure to SEO and/or paid campaigns
* Comfort working with remote, async teams
What You’ll Do
* Lead our content and partnership strategy end to end
* Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to launch and test growth ideas
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and craft marketing that resonates
* Work quickly, learn fast, and adapt based on results
* Balance speed, budget, and quality, and be transparent about tradeoffs
