Bachelor's degree
4+ years of sales or account management experience
Knowledge of Excel skills to refine data and prepare business reports
Experience engaging verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and analytical platforms, including but not limited to analyzing data using pivots and V‐Lookups
Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in English‐language communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with program and project management in a matrixed organization, including managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and influencing others
Experience with data analysis and SQL
Experience writing complex Excel VBA macros
Experience managing multiple calendars, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements
