We encourage our teammates to think like owners and develop customer-centric products, tackling real customer problems.As a member of the Marketing Materials team, you will work on important projects that attract the attention of senior and executive leadership. You'll be a key contributor with exposure across multiple organizational levels. Vista is strategically focused on building, nurturing, and elevating the Market Materials business to enhance value for our entire customer base.What You Will DoLead a sub-category within the Marketing Materials category, with full P&L ownership.Identify opportunities within your sub-category that meet customer needs to optimize product performance, including analyzing sales data, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to make quick, effective decisions.Collaborate cross-functionally to launch new products on our e-commerce platform and develop new site features that solve customer problems. Communicate complex product and customer insights clearly to team members.Manage product and project roadmaps, including sprint planning, daily updates, removing blockers, and resolving issues across teams.Partner with teammates to create scale and efficiency, working with other Product Specialists to identify synergies and lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch.Your QualificationsWe value diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
