**Mission**You will report to the Director, Compliance South Europe and be part of the **Compliance and Privacy function, supporting the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal)**. Your mission is to ensure that Almirall operates in a legal and ethical manner while achieving its business goals. You will help foster a culture of compliance, support risk management, and ensure adherence to applicable laws, codes of practice, and internal policies.This is a **temporary position** designed to provide continuity and support during a defined period.The position is located at the company’s headquarters in **Barcelona** and offers a hybrid work model.**Ethics and Compliance*** Support the implementation of the **Code of Ethics** and **Business Integrity Guide**.* Ensure compliance with **Farmaindustria**, **ANEFP**, and local health authority regulations of activities and projects.* Review and approve **promotional and non-promotional materials** and **HCP engagements**.* Collaborate with departments to assess compliance in projects and third-party activities.* Assist in **monitoring and auditing** activities, especially those involving HCPs and promotional materials.* Maintain and update **SOPs, policies, and compliance processes**.* Deliver **training and awareness programs** based on business needs and regulatory updates.**Transparency****Privacy*** Support the **Privacy Country Responsible** for Spain and Portugal.* Help maintain the **RoPA**, manage **data processing agreements**, and respond to **privacy requests**.* Assist in **transparency reporting** and ensure data quality in disclosures.**Other responsabilities:*** Liaise with **Farmaindustria** and **Generalitat de Catalunya** as needed.* Collaborate on transversal projects within the company, including the **General Counsel Group** and **Global Compliance** initiatives.**Education*** University degree in **Law, Life Sciences, or related field**.**Experience*** Minimum **4-5 years** of experience in **Compliance or Privacy** roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.**Specific Knowledge*** Familiarity with **Farmaindustria**, **EFPIA**, and **ANEFP** codes and ability to apply regulatory frameworks in a practical business context.* Understanding of **data protection regulations** and **disclosure tools**.* Experience with **Rx, OTC, and Medical Devices** compliance.* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**; experience with **Veeva CRM and Veeva Promomats** is a plus.* Fluent in **Spanish and English**.**Competencies*** Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a **fast-paced environment**.* Strong **interpersonal and communication** skills.* Ability to **collaborate cross-functionally** and influence stakeholders.* High level of **organization, attention to detail**, and **risk awareness**.* Committed to **ethical standards** and continuous improvement.**Values*** **Care**: We listen and empathize. Manage required documentation and information.* Ensure disclosures meet **data quality standards** and comply with self-regulatory requirements.* Experience with **disclosure reporting tools** (generation of reports and quality checks).
