Knowledge of packaging or similar equipment is advantageous /liliStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of SAP ERP system is advantageous /liliTechnical drawing interpretation and CAD experience required in SolidWorks and AutoCAD /liliWhen machines are down, ability to promptly troubleshoot and research all available options to quickly develop an action plan with customer and other internal work groups to supply required parts as quickly as possible /liliTechnical skill sets based upon education or previous experience /liliSelf-driven, strong initiative skills required. /liliGood communication, presentation, business writing, documentation organizational skills /li /ul
