This high-impact leadership role holds full PL accountability and drives both business development and flawless project execution. The Director will strengthen and scale the regional PMC organization, develop strategic partnerships, and reinforce the company’s reputation as a trusted partner for PMC or Engineering Services for industrial projects. /li /ulpKey Responsibilities /pulliStrategic Leadership Growth. /liliDefine and execute the business strategy for PMC services in the Americas and Europe, aligning with corporate goals. /liliIdentify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, expanding service offerings and market reach. /liliBuild and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients, partners, and agencies. /liliFull responsibility for regional PL, ensuring revenue growth, optimized margins, and cost efficiency. /liliImplement best-in-class project management methodologies and digital tools to maximize performance and scalability. /liliAnticipate and mitigate contractual, financial, and operational risks while ensuring compliance with international regulations and HSE standards. /liliProject Service Delivery, oversee all PMC projects, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budgets. /liliGuarantee alignment with client expectations and continuous improvement of PMC service delivery. /liliTeam Leadership Organization Building, dimension, recruit, and lead multicultural, geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries. /liliStrengthen and consolidate the regional PMC organizational structure in the USA and Europe. /liliStrategic Partnerships Market Positioning, drive key agreements with agencies and industry stakeholders. /liliPosition the business unit as a strategic partner in delivering high-value project management consultancy services for major EPC projects. /li /ulpRequirements (M/F/D) /pulliMaster’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field; MBA or advanced business training highly desirable with proven success in managing large-scale PMC or EPC internationally in the largest engineering firms. /liliMinimum 15 years in senior leadership roles, with extensive experience in PL management, project management in the OilGas or Energy sector, business development, strategic partnerships. In-depth knowledge of EPC project lifecycles and advanced project management methodologies. /liliDemonstrated ability to build, mentor, and inspire multicultural teams across geographies. /liliFluent in English (C1 – C2 level); additional languages highly valued. /liliWillingness to travel extensively and serve as a pivotal figure in scaling and strengthening the PMC business unit in the Americas and Europe. /li /ul
