We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to build a pipeline of prospects and win new clients within the ecosystem of brands & retailers.

Position Responsibilities

* Acquire deep knowledge of the Openbravo portfolio, becoming a subject matter expert in our solutions and value proposition.
* Research the market to identify trends, monitor brands & retailers, and track competitive dynamics.
* Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership to develop a strategic prospecting plan aimed at building a large, growing pipeline and driving sales growth in Iberia by acquiring new clients.
* Work with the marketing team to generate leads, participate in business and marketing events, and engage in public speaking when appropriate.
* Maintain continuous communication with prospects to understand their business challenges and present Openbravo solutions as tailored responses.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure trust and collaboration, aiming to protect and grow recurring revenue streams.
* Collaborate with Orisha|Openbravo Partners to develop prospects and client accounts.
* Work closely with the Presales team during all sales stages to effectively demonstrate our features and products.
* Contribute to the growth of revenue in the Iberian retail market, represent the results to leadership, and be a key team member in sales strategy.
* Manage sales projections and reporting accurately using CRM systems, and support finance in managing accounts receivables.

Position Requirements

* Over 5 years of experience selling mission-critical software in the retail sector.
* Proven success in retail software sales with an extensive network of decision-makers.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with high integrity and professionalism.
* People-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
* Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
* Available to travel as required.
