- We are looking for Telephone Operators for our Customer Service department:_
**Functions**:
The main functions of the Customer Service position are the reception and issuance of calls (NOT SALES), above all:
- Treat our customers with excellence with the clear objective that they remain promoters of our company.
- Offer the best solution to the customer in an optimal time to perform such management.
- Knowing our products so that you can answer customer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
**Essential requirements**:
- Experience in telephone customer service (preferably in Contact Center).
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- High resolution capacity
- Customer oriented
- Fast keyboard skills and quick commands
- Immediate incorporation
- Advanced level of English
