Requirements: br1-2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development. brMust be proficient in English and German brMust have cold outreach experience (cold calling, emailing, etc.) brMust have proficiency in Salesforce. brExceptional verbal and written communication skills. brStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders. brComprehensive understanding of effective sales techniques and strategies. brExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections confidently. brOrganizational and time management skills. brThe capacity to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team. brFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. brA genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth in the sales field.
