is one of the leading companies for corporate real estate management (CREM) and is responsible for Siemens’ global real estate portfolio. SRE manages a real estate portfolio of approximately 7’9 m2 of office and industrial space at around 1.300 locations worldwide. SRE operates the properties and is responsible for construction projects and the purchase and sale of real estate.

Shape the future of real estate – with real impact Are you ready to go beyond managing properties and actively shape a high-impact real estate portfolio? In this role, you will take full ownership of our Regional Asset Management unit in Spain and Portugal, driving strategy, performance, and customer value across approx. 120,000 m² of office and industrial space.
Your Impact As Regional Asset Manager, you act as a real estate entrepreneur in your region—combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business results.
- You will align the local strategy with the integral Asset and Property strategy, while taking into account various standards and guidelines, as well as ensuring its implementation
- You have an overview of market developments in real estate, you carry out market and location analyses, and you ensure that they align with the market
- You develop real estate strategies to optimize the use of space in line with customer needs and market developments, and you actively manage vacancies
- You will manage a total of 7 employees directly
- You will establish customer relationships in your RAM and support them in achieving their goals through appropriate real estate activities
- You set and manage the goals for Property Management
- You draw up investment proposals and align them within your HUB as well as within SRE
- You negotiate contracts, including the underlying conditions (e.g. price, termination etc.), you draw up and close rental agreements (internal & external) on behalf of the owner
- You evaluate and select external providers with the support of technical and operational Property Management
- You identify and minimize operational risks and initiate corrective measures
- You will drive the continuous optimization of the real estate cost position in office and industrial buildings (EBT optimization)
- You will cooperate on and support the acquisition and sale of real estate, including the due diligence and contract negotiations in particular
- You will drive the relocation of Siemens Spain Headquarter into a new collaboration environment with highest workplace, sustainability and technology standards
Your profile Experience & Expertise
- University degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Proven expertise in Corporate Real Estate Management, portfolio strategy, and asset, property & facility management
