You will operate as the architect of Getnet's growth model, working across Marketing, Sales, Product and Data to design, scale and govern how the company grows across markets and segments. We are looking for a Head of Global Growth to define and lead Getnet's global growth strategy across Micro, SMB, Enterprise and Partner-led segments. This role owns growth end-to-end, from strategy to execution, ensuring measurable impact on acquisition, activation, retention and revenue. Mission Design and scale Getnet's global growth strategy, balancing central direction with local execution. Build and govern a unified growth model spanning acquisition, lifecycle, partner-led growth and demand generation. Accelerate sustainable revenue growth by aligning growth initiatives with Product, Sales and Partnerships, translating strategy into systems, teams and operating models that compound impact over time. What You'll Do Own and evolve the global growth framework across markets and segments. Scale growth through direct, partner-led, ISV-driven and ecosystem-based motions. Lead performance at scale across paid channels, organic growth (SEO/AEO) and funnel optimisation. Embed lifecycle thinking across onboarding, engagement, retention and expansion. Translate insights into action through clear metrics, experimentation and investment frameworks. Partner closely with Sales, Product and Data teams to connect growth strategy with GTM execution. Build and lead the Global Growth team, developing senior talent and scalable ways of working. Hard Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing (MBA or advanced degree in Marketing a plus). 10+ years leading growth, revenue or performance-driven roles in payments, fintech, B2B SaaS or platforms. Proven experience in Latin America customer success strategies. Proven ability to operate at executive level, combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership. - Strong experience across performance channels with a focus on efficiency and scalability. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional and multi-country teams. Fluent English; working proficiency in Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish.
