As our Lead CMMS Consultant you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our IFS landscape, ensuring our asset management solutions deliver real business value.
You will work closely with business and technology teams across regions, helping us continuously improve reliability, efficiency, and decision-making through smart use of IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud. This is a strategic role where your expertise will directly influence how we manage and maintain critical assets across our global network.

Key Responsibilities
Drive IFS EAM optimization and strategy
1. Lead the continuous improvement of IFS Enterprise Asset Management, including Work Order Management, Asset Registry, and Preventive Maintenance.
2. Contribute to the IFS roadmap, helping define priorities, solution design, and long-term improvements.
3. Ensure IFS solutions follow best practices, governance standards, and support business needs.
Enhance maintenance, planning, and operational efficiency
4. Optimize maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource management.
5. Improve mobile maintenance solutions (e.g., IFS Mobile Work Order) to enhance field efficiency.
6. Strengthen integration between maintenance, inventory, finance, and project costing for improved control and reporting.
7. Use asset and maintenance data to improve forecasting, asset reliability, and performance.
Drive integrations and technical improvements
8. Support enhancements and integrations with external systems using IFS Connect, APIs, and related tools.
9. Work with technical teams and partners to improve system performance and scalability.
Partner with business stakeholders
10. Collaborate with asset management, engineering, operations, and technology teams.
11. Support business process improvements, workflow design, and adoption of best practices.
12. Provide insights through dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making.
Lead and enable teams
13. Provide leadership across projects and initiatives.
14. Support problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
15. Ensure strong documentation, knowledge sharing, and sustainable solutions.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience
16. Significant professional experience, with strong expertise in Enterprise Asset Management.
17. At least 7 years of hands-on experience with IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud.
18. Proven leadership experience, including leading teams, projects, or implementations.
19. Experience delivering end-to-end IFS EAM implementations and optimization initiatives.
20. Background working with asset-intensive industries (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, energy, maritime, or similar).
21. IFS certification is a strong advantage.
Technical and Functional Skills
22. Strong understanding of IFS EAM modules, including maintenance, planning, asset management, and integrations.
23. Experience improving asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational performance.
24. Experience with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems.
25. Experience with reporting, dashboards, and asset performance analysis.
