Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales development of the DCS Product Portfolio in alignment with the overall strategy
2. Identify and visit prospect and new customers mainly on indirect channel, as Wholesalers, OEMs, Contractors and Installers.
3. Continuous visits to Wholesalers, OEMs, Contractors and Installers in the assigned area, technical product presentations, according to the agreed action plan.
4. Price offers until final negotiation / order
5. Customers forecasts and account planification.
6. Sales agreements negotiation.
7. Organization / participation to exhibitions, seminars, meetings, according to the agreed plan with the manager
8. Continuous analysis of competitors pricing, solutions and markets penetration (market intelligence).
9. Provide value added technical solutions.
Background & Skills
10. Technical education (Engineering degree is a plus)
11. Fluent in Spanish and English
12. Knowledge of the most common used software and applications (. SAP, BI, Salesforce, Office, Autocad
13. At least 5 years experience in HVAC business, either designing systems or selling components. Knowledge of hydronic system for HVAC is a must. Knowledge of Residential business will be considered a plus.
14. Good commercial sense and good presentation skills.
15. Business minded and goal oriented.
16. Existing network among most relevant Wholesalers, Contractors, and Installers.
17. Team player
18. Willing to travel.
