Job Description
We're seeking a skilled professional to influence customer mindset and develop the contact lens category by generating new users. This involves chaining the mindset of ECPs and owners to become more proactive and offer contact lenses.
To achieve this, you'll need to:
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities
* Influence customers to shift from passive to proactive about contact lenses
* Understand the needs and nuances of various channels, including independents, buying groups, and chains
* Utilize basic tools to develop the contact lens category, such as customer journey mapping, POS optimization, database management, and training programs
* Execute Joint Business Planning (JBP) in Key Accounts (KAs)
* Broaden the Misight category and educate ECPs on improving children's lives
* Coverage plan implementation according to customer segmentation
* Foster strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, sales teams, and others
* Negotiate price increases when necessary
* Contribute to team success and provide value to colleagues
* Stay up-to-date on CooperVision programs and competitor knowledge
* Maintain accurate reporting and administrative duties
