Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Madrid. Zuma brings its world-renowned experience to the Spanish capital, featuring an iconic bar with our resident DJ's and our contemporary luxury dining. Zuma Madrid is proud to be part of the Azumi Collection.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and efficient wine service daily
* Use your in-depth knowledge of wine,sake, beverages, and food pairings to enhance guest experiences and drive sales
* Manage wine stock levels and oversee ordering procedures with accuracy and care
* Monitor and maintain wine and sake service equipment, addressing any needs with management
* Build relationships with regular guests and high-value customers, creating lasting connections
* Handle guest feedback professionally, keeping senior management informed of key updates
