General Master Data Analyst would be part of a general team responsible for the creation, maintenance and accuracy of Material Master Data, enabling data readiness for innovation, supply chain execution and business decision-making across Coty worldwide.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Global Master Data Analyst, you play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely creation and maintenance of finished product master data in SAP, supporting innovation cycles, operational execution and data readiness across global stakeholders.
You will be reporting to Global Master Data Manager, and you will manage:
1. Material Master Data Operations:
Creation and activation of finished product material codes (finished goods, gift sets, marketing materials, packs)
Maintenance of purchasing-related master data ensuring accuracy and completeness
Resolution of operational tickets related to master data incidents
Maintenance of operational transport master data
2. Stakeholder Coordination & Data Governance:
Daily collaboration with Marketing, Planning and Initiative Leaders to receive and validate input data
Application and adherence to Global Data Standards defined by the Data Governance team
Clear communication of data issues, status and dependencies to stakeholders
Management of multiple use cases and exceptions across different product and business scenarios
3. Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
Analysis of recurring issues and identification of root causes
Monitoring what works well within master data processes and proposing improvement ideas
Contribution to reporting, analytics and business intelligence activities related to master data
Progressive exposure and internal mobility within sub-areas (CS, PM, Data Governance) based on interest and fit
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a Master Data Analyst with Operations-oriented profile and strong analytical affinity, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are patient, structured and collaborative, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
1–2 years of experience (including internships) in master data, operations, analytics, administration or logistics
Academic background or strong affinity with Business Administration (ADE), Logistics, Data or similar
Understanding of supply chain flows and shipping processes
Experience with SAP and Excel
Knowledge or exposure to Power BI
Strong analytical mindset to support reporting and process improvements
Clear written and verbal communication skills to receive and explain information
