What You’ll Do
The Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role that maps product capabilities to customer requirements, supporting solution sales with a focus on digital sales techniques. You will serve as a domain expert and spokesperson for designated solutions or products, integrating SAP knowledge with digital sales methodologies to communicate product value effectively and tailor solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
* Deal Support: Deliver tailored sales presentations, collaborate with VAT teams, maintain an asset library, conduct discovery sessions, develop customer roadmaps, enhance RFx proposals, and utilize digital tools like SAP Virtual Studio and OBS technology. Post-sale support and event narration are also key.
* Demand Generation: Lead webinars, align with marketing and digital growth strategies, advise on SAP solutions, and craft compelling demand generation narratives.
* Digital Content: Curate and innovate digital content aligned with market trends and customer needs.
* Sales Enablement: Lead training sessions to help sales teams translate product functionalities into benefits for customers.
Experience and Language Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
* At least 6+ years in presales, digital, or customer-facing roles in technology consulting.
* Proficiency in S4HANA Finance; knowledge of S4 Public Cloud, Treasury, Cash Management, and Financial Consolidation is a plus.
* Experience with digital tools to drive sales, handle complex presentations, and foster collaboration across teams.
* Fluent in English; Arabic and African languages are a plus.
