Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
* Oversees daily floor operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, service flow, and pace.
* A key leader during service, driving high standards, energy, and team coordination.
* Collaborates with the General Manager and Assistant General Managers to optimize operational efficiency and team development.
* Leads pre-shift briefings, manages live issues on the floor, and maintains high service standards throughout.
* Supports recruitment, onboarding, and continuous staff coaching to enhance performance.
* Ensures compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP protocols, health and safety guidelines, and brand standards.
