As Digital/AI Expert, you will support our digital vision and strategy by supporting segments and supervise execution for ArcelorMittal Digital & AI-driven transformation, ensuring full alignment with Business Strategy.
Your areas of responsibilities:
It includes orchestrating collaboration among CTO, IT, R&D;, Segments, OEMs and Partners, designing mechanisms to speed up deployment of Digital solutions globally, pushing for top technology to be implemented in our segments, and managing communication initiatives.
Your main tasks:
- Actively contribute to the objectives of the Digital Council
- Restructure the Activity Tracking / AI Dashboard
- Perform technical analysis of Digital CAPEX files – IAC
- Manage the Accelerate Digital Innovation (ADI) initiative
- Contribute to the creation of our AI Governance
- Participate in the IT Spend Review analysis committee
- Coordinate with Legal & Compliance on AI regulation and audits
- Actively contribute to the Digital Academy
- Conduct AI & Digital Technology watch activities
- Perform external digital benchmarking
- Establish KPIs and the mechanism for the segments to measure and follow
- Build external relationships with top AI & Digital Tech companies and general partnerships
- Coordinate Digital Roadmaps with the Segments
- Coordinate the Group Digital Newsletter
The person will be integrated in Group CTO reporting to the Head of AI/Digital.
What we are looking for:
- Education:
- Master degree in Engineering or Digital is mandatory
- PhD in AI/Digitalization will be a plus
- Any relevant certification will be an advantage
- Language:
- Advanced level of English is mandatory
- Any other language is a plus
- Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience in a relevant position
- Demonstrable knowledge on manufacturing and business processes
- Demonstrable knowledge on AI / Digital technologies
- Used to work in Worldwide environment and different time zones
- Demonstrable experience on direction of large projects on international environments.
- Initiative, Good communication, Results Oriented, Team mindset, Analytical competencies.
- Mentoring Capacity, Social Skills, Adaptability.
Frequent travel will be required (50% approximately), therefore the position can base anywhere.
