We are looking for motivated, customer-oriented professionals with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn, to provide after-sales support for mortgage clients of a leading financial institution.
What you’ll do
* Handle incoming calls from existing mortgage clients.
* Provide solutions and support on:
mortgage reviews and installments, early repayments, financial and registry cancellations, guarantee releases, document requests, data modifications, insurance information, use of the client web portal, and appointment scheduling.
* Ensure a high-quality customer experience with professionalism and empathy.

* Initial training (on-site):
10 days, mornings 9:

00 (09/09/2025 – 23/09/2025).

after 6 months, up to 15 days of remote work / month.

What we’re looking for
* Previous customer service experience (preferably in mortgage or financial services).
* Strong IT skills:
MS Office, call center tools (ODISSEA / ARCOIMAGEN experience is a plus).
* Excellent communication skills:
verbal fluency, active listening, clear pronunciation.
* Advanced English (conversational level required).
