As part of our growth, we are looking for a **Strategic** **IT Strategic Project Manager (M/F/d)** to support the IT PMO & Processes area. You will be performing relevant tasks as follows:
**YOUR TASKS**:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Report progress, KPIs, and expected benefits to IT Management, Service Leadership, and the PMO
- Ensure compliance with corporate methodologies and frameworks (Nordex IT PMO Framework)
- Promote continuous improvement in project management practices and contribute to PMO maturity growth
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related management field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications and solid understanding of agile methodologies are a plus
- Technical background (either academic or professional) is a strong plus
- Advanced English level (C1-C2). Spanish and German are a plus
- At least 6-7 years of experience
- Proven experience delivering:
- SaaS implementation projects
- IT infrastructure and network projects
- CRM and ITSM tool deployments
- Digitalization and process automation initiatives
- Other similar IT transformation projects
- Experience in budget management, contract management, and vendor management
