We are currently looking for an experienced Reception & Events Manager to join COYA. This is seasonal position and advertised for future openings.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brand
* Previous experience working in seasonal venues is essential
* Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team
* Familiar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and events
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests
* Ability to motivate and drive the team
* Attention to detail with good customer service
* Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
* Maximizing revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and taking every opportunity to upsell
* Adjusting sales strategies to changing conditions, such as increased local competition or decreased industry rates, propose and implement new ideas to build up and increase revenue, work in conjunction with marketing department
* Ability to work under pressure and have excellent time management
* A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills. Must have high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English
