As a Senior Manager CAL, you own and grow strategic Life Sciences technology accounts, guiding executive-level engagements and multi-year roadmaps. You orchestrate Accenture’s end-to-end capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes in Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech. You lead large, technology-enabled transformations, ensure governance and delivery excellence, and mentor high-performing teams. The role sits at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and client leadership, shaping long-term partnerships and growth.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own and lead strategic Life Sciences technology accounts with multi-year strategies and digital roadmaps
• Drive revenue growth by shaping technology-led opportunities and coordinating complex deals
• Act as trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders on digital transformation, platforms, data, AI, cloud, and operating model evolution
• Ensure end-to-end account governance across large, complex programs
• Build executive relationships with CIO/CTO and business leadership, establishing Accenture as a long-term technology partner
• Lead integrated account planning including commercial strategy, technology roadmap, innovation agenda, delivery model, and talent strategy
• Leverage Life Sciences technology landscape knowledge (platforms, cloud, data/analytics, AI, digital, system integration)
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent value delivery and collaboration across One Accenture
• Drive innovation by connecting clients with Accenture assets, platforms, accelerators, and ecosystem partners
• Mentor and develop senior talent within the account and build future leaders

Responsabilidades
• More than 15 years of experience in client account leadership, technology consulting, or senior client-facing roles (Life Sciences preferred)
• Proven track record managing large, complex technology accounts and driving growth at Senior Manager or Director level
• Strong commercial and strategic xpzdshu mindset with deal shaping, contract negotiation, and executive stakeholder management
• Solid understanding of Life Sciences industry challenges and technology-driven transformation trends
• Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Ability to reside/work in Madrid or Barcelona with travel flexibility
