motivated and ambitious Purchasing & Trade Marketing Manager
to strengthen our supplier network, source winning products, negotiate better commercial conditions, and unlock new growth opportunities through supplier-funded promotions.
This is a strategic role with direct impact on revenue, margins, and customer experience.
Your mission will be to build and optimize our supplier ecosystem to ensure Bixoto offers the right products, at the right price, under the best commercial conditions.
Beyond purchasing, you will create win‑win partnerships with suppliers by negotiating promotional campaigns, trade marketing agreements, and supplier investment opportunities that help accelerate growth.
What will you do?
Identify and source new suppliers, brands, and product opportunities
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Negotiate purchasing conditions (pricing, payment terms, MOQs, lead times)
Negotiate supplier-funded promotions and trade marketing agreements
Build and manage long‑term supplier relationships
Improve commercial margins and category profitability
Develop promotional calendars together with suppliers
Coordinate product launches with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support)
Analyze product and supplier performance to optimize commercial decisions
Identify customer needs and translate them into product opportunities
Negotiate compensations, returns, and commercial incidents with suppliers
Support the expansion of our catalog in Spain and France
Who are we looking for?
You may be the right fit if:
You have
3–5 years of experience
in purchasing, sourcing, category management, or supplier partnerships
You are highly motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to grow in a fast-moving company
You are a strong negotiator and enjoy closing deals
You understand commercial margins and unit economics
You are analytical and comfortable making data-driven decisions
You understand supplier incentives and trade marketing dynamics
You are proactive, autonomous, and execution-focused
You build strong relationships and communicate effectively
You are highly organized and detail-oriented
You thrive xhfqzwm in fast-moving environments
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces
Experience negotiating with brands and distributors
Experience managing promotional budgets or co-marketing campaigns
Knowledge of the French market
