The Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our Employee Experience team. This role will primarily support our Engagement initiatives, while also contributing to Wellbeing and Inclusion efforts. You’ll gain hands-on experience in internal communications, data analysis, and project coordination, helping us create a workplace where employees feel heard, valued, and empowered.
The Responsibilities
* Survey Support: Assist with the rollout of employee surveys, including communications, tracking participation, and follow-up actions.
* Data Analysis: Help analyze survey results and other engagement metrics to identify trends and insights.
* Initiative Launch Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of engagement, wellbeing, and Inclusion initiatives.
* Internal Communications: Draft engaging content for newsletters, intranet posts, and campaign materials.
* Presentation Preparation: Create visually appealing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
* Event Coordination: Support logistics and communications for internal events and campaigns.
* Internal Site Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain content on our internal employee experience SharePoint.
The Requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to analyze and interpret data (Excel, or similar tools).
* Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
* Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proactive and collaborative attitude.
* Familiarity with internal communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) is a plus.
* Interest in employee engagement and wellbeing topics.
