In this role you will help clients modernize tech strategy and ERP capabilities, focusing on Plan to Fulfil processes in SAP S/4 HANA. You will contribute to end-to-end process redesign for manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics within a cross-functional team. You drive high-quality deliverables, support proposals and change management, and collaborate with clients to unlock value through digital transformation. This is a role at Bain’s Process Excellence within Enterprise Technology, offering significant impact in global ERP programs.

• Design end-to-end Plan to Fulfil processes in SAP S/4 HANA
• Drive design across project phases with implementation handled by system integrators
• Deliver ERP insights for manufacturing and logistics and ensure high-quality delivery
• Contribute to major ERP proposals with manufacturing and logistics insights
• Participate in digital transformation projects redesigning planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics processes
• Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes and ERP capabilities
• Plan, execute, and synthesize analyses of business processes
• Prepare and finalize project deliverables including reports and workshop materials
• Engage in project and program management activities (plans, risk logs, meetings, actions)
• Implement focused change management strategies to secure stakeholder buy-in
• Travel up to 50% as required
• Lead and mentor junior analysts or team members on project tasks
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience with at least 4 years in ERP/SAP transformations
• At least one full SAP S/4 HANA implementation focused on Plan to Fulfil (PP and MM modules)
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA modules PP and MM; preferred EWM, TM
• Proven success in managing and expanding senior client relationships
• Industry experience in consumer xpzdshu products and/or life sciences
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong process expertise across planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics
• Experience with integrating OMP with S/4 HANA (preferred)
• Ability to drive plans, run workshops, and align clients using outside-in recommendations
• Capability to use data analytics and BI tools to identify optimization opportunities
• Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, or agile methodologies
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership to guide a small team and ensure project execution
