The Role:
Your primary mission will be to sell our HRIS solution (Factorial), identifying, developing, and closing opportunities that bring real value to both our clients and Acicatech.
You’ll act as both a sales driver and a customer advisor, combining data-driven analysis with empathy, relationship-building, and strong closing skills.
This position is based in our Santander office, where you’ll collaborate with a motivated and cooperative team.
Your main responsibilities:
* Own the full sales cycle — from analysing opportunities, prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing — for upsell and cross-sell deals within your client portfolio.
* Analyse sales opportunities using data and insights to identify trends, potential growth areas, and strategic approaches for each account.
* Proactively manage your pipeline, prioritizing the most promising opportunities to maximize impact and conversion.
* Identify, navigate, and support clients throughout their decision-making process, building confidence at every stage.
* Consistently close deals that meet or exceed your sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
* Create and execute s trategic account plans to drive growth and long-term value for both the customer and Acicatech.
* Collaborate closely with other departments to align on strategies that enhance client success.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and communicate clearly with sales leadership about opportunities, risks, and progress.
Your Profile:
* 2–4 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
* Proven experience closing deals — you thrive on turning opportunities into results.
* Strong analytical mindset — you can interpret sales data and spot growth potential within accounts.
* Experience in full-cycle sales is a big plus: from lead qualification to closing and post-sale follow-up.
* Customer-first mindset: you genuinely care about understanding and supporting clients while meeting your goals.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
you know how to listen,connect, and influence.
* Entrepreneurial and proactive — you take full ownership of your pipeline and results.
* Based in Santander or willing to relocate.
* Comfortable working with CRM tools and data-driven sales processes.
