Account Executive Startups, Europe North
As a Startup Central Sales Account Executive, you will help drive growth in one of two focus areas: working with early-stage startups from inception to Series A, or engaging with mature startups from Series B onwards. You will service their unique needs, engage with Founders, CxOs, Board members, and VC influencers, and collaborate with business development, marketing, solution architecture, and partner teams to execute coordinated go-to-market strategies. Your customers are building and iterating high-impact products that can change lives, and you will be part of these journeys.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) aims to drive revenue, adoption, and growth from small to enterprise-level accounts, including public sector. The AWS Support team partners with leading companies building mission-critical applications on AWS.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive customer growth across the startup journey, providing strategic guidance from ideation to scale
* Execute territory strategies and prioritize opportunities to exceed revenue targets
* Create compelling AWS value propositions by understanding customer products and market needs
* Accelerate technical adoption of AWS services aligned with customer growth
* Leverage AWS partners to expand market reach and AWS adoption
A Day in the Life
You will establish AWS as the key cloud provider for your portfolio companies, emphasizing our GenAI capabilities. Promote AWS services like Bedrock and foundation models, helping startups build and scale AI innovations, turning ideas into production-ready AI solutions on AWS.

The Startup Central Sales team focuses on acquiring new customers and increasing AWS adoption. We deliver targeted experiences throughout the AWS journey, acting as trusted advisors, using data and analytics to make decisions, and innovating on behalf of our customers.

* Experience in technology-related sales, business development, and startup environments
* Ability to plan and meet or exceed revenue targets
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Technical or educational background in engineering or computer science
* Experience selling cloud solutions
* History working with or selling to tech startups
