**Essential Job Functions**:
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies to ensure product and process compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Supervise a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support in meeting quality objectives.
- Participate in quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and audits, to maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Support the analysis of quality data and metrics for continuous improvement.
- Assist in preparing for and participating in external regulatory inspections and audits.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in security, risk, and compliance
- Proficiencies in quality assurance and risk management
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
**Other Qualifications**:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
- Professional certifications in quality management or related areas, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) a plus
