工作内容：
-门店团队管理
* 管理并激励Field Force团队（店员、导购、促销员等），提升终端表现和团队士气
* 负责招聘、培训、考核终端员工，确保一致的品牌形象与服务质量
-零售执行与终端管理
* 保障门店标准陈列、物料更新、价格标识、演示设备完好
* 定期巡店，识别问题并推动改进，提升消费者体验
-销售目标达成
* 协助制定区域销售计划并拆解到店，带领团队达成KPI（销售额、转化率、附件带动率等）
* 分析终端销售数据，优化动销策略
-培训与产品传导
* 负责新品上市培训、产品知识讲解、销售技巧辅导
* 保证一线人员理解品牌核心卖点，统一话术传递
-市场反馈与竞品监测
* 收集消费者反馈、竞品动向与市场变化，及时反馈给总部市场或销售团队
任职要求：
* 大专及以上学历，市场营销、管理、电子类相关专业优先
* 2年以上3C或零售行业终端管理经验，有Field Force或店面销售团队管理经验者优先
* 较强的沟通能力、执行力和抗压能力
* 熟悉消费者电子产品市场，有热情了解科技类产品
* 中文流利，英文可以作为工作语言
工作地点：西班牙 马德里
Job Responsibilities:
-Store Team Management
* Manage and motivate the Field Force team (including store staff, promoters, sales assistants, etc.) to improve performance and team morale at the point of sale
* Responsible for recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of front-line staff to ensure consistent brand image and service quality
-Retail Execution & Store Management
* Ensure in-store standard display, POS material updates, price labeling, and proper functioning of demo devices
* Conduct regular store visits, identify issues, and drive improvements to enhance customer experience
-Sales Target Achievement
* Assist in developing regional sales plans and break them down to store level, lead the team to achieve KPIs (sales revenue, conversion rate, accessory attach rate, etc.)
* Analyze store-level sales data to optimize sell-out strategies
-Training & Product Communication
* Responsible for new product launch training, product knowledge sharing, and sales skills coaching
* Ensure front-line staff fully understand the brand’s key selling points and deliver consistent messaging
-Market Feedback & Competitor Monitoring
* Collect consumer feedback, monitor competitor activities and market trends, and report insights to the HQ marketing or sales team in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
* College degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or Electronics-related majors
* 2+ years of terminal/store management experience in the 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics) or retail industry; experience managing Field Force or in-store sales teams is a plus
* Strong communication skills, execution ability, and stress management
* Familiar with the consumer electronics market, with a passion for tech products
* Fluent in Chinese; English can be used as a working language
