Territory Sales:
Target, develop, and close opportunities in enterprise accounts within the assigned verticals, including major accounts in banking, energy, transportation, and public administration.Territory Channel:
Develop and maintain a channel plan for local partners, coordinate with the channel team, and manage relationships with national and global partners with local presence. Promote Huawei's solutions and create sales account plans to identify and act on new business opportunities.Utilize Huawei reporting tools for knowledge sharing and business predictability.Achieve individual and team sales targets, practicing solution sales mechanisms and key account management skills such as forecasting, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, and negotiation.Ensure customer satisfaction, manage relationships, and promote brand integrity.Qualifications :
Ability to develop new business models using new technology, manage customer accounts at CxO and technical levels, and possess good knowledge of ICT solutions.Skills / Experience :
Minimum of 5 years in ICT sales or account management, with a proven track record in verticals like banking, energy, transportation, or public administration. Strong relationship-building skills, creativity, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills are essential.What we offer :
