The Role
This role will be responsible for developing and nurturing sales channels to maximize revenue opportunities for group property development by networking and establishing business partnerships, coordinating and attending roadshows/events, and developing other platforms or sources of promoting our property offerings to potential and target markets. This role will be supporting our real estate business in Phuket.

Job Responsibilities
Developing and nurturing channel partners
* Identify potential development channel partners and platforms
* Engage with potential development channel partners
* Sign up (including negotiating commission rates and agency agreements) and maintain ongoing relationship with channel partners
Introducing channel partners to product offerings
* Co-ordinate training and on-boarding with partners including our history, brands, Sanctuary Club program and overview of product offerings
* Co-ordinate with marketing to ensure all available and up-to-date collateral and sales tools are available for partners
* Co-ordinate inspection trips and/or specific product training with local sales teams
* Regular contact and meetings with channel partners and internal business units to maintain relationships, identify new opportunities, resolve issues and ensure they remain up-to-date
Reporting and analysis
* Establishing sales and revenue targets for channel partners
* Monthly reporting on sales KPIs of channel partners
* Analysis and feedback to/from sales and marketing teams on success of promotions and customer service issues
* Assist with preparation of annual budgets and 5 year plans e. Prepare / co-ordinate presentations and reports as required
* Communicating and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Attend management meetings (exco) where required
* Other duties as required from time to time
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales channels management, project marketing and/or business development (exposure and knowledge of real estate industry an advantage)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with channel partners xpzdshu · Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales
* Results-oriented individual
* Committed to hard-work to consistently meet deadlines
* Able to work under pressure
* Pro-active and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
* Possess management and leadership experience
* Able to plan and co-ordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Sales training experience would be advantageous
* Flexible in working hours and ability to travel internationally on regular basis based on role requirements
Work Location: West Europe (locations negotiable among Germany, Spain, Switzerland and France)
