The Role
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist for the L'Oréal account, you will independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key brands. You will work with both micro and macro influencers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns.
Job Functions
- Lead influencer scouting and negotiation processes tailored to client objectives.
- Manage influencer relations, from briefings to deliverable reviews and timelines.
- Create and present detailed campaign strategies and performance recaps to clients.
- Track and report on campaign KPIs, working closely with data teams to optimize outcomes.
- Stay on top of industry shifts, creator trends, and platform updates, especially within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
- Work alongside creative and strategy teams to align influencer content with brand messaging.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or content partnerships, ideally in an agency.
- Proven track record of campaign execution and influencer negotiation.
- Passionate about social media culture, beauty, and lifestyle trends.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Fluent in English
