The role reports to our Sales Manager in Spain, managing all administrative work in Sales department and provide a high quality level of customer service and communication.
Task Definitions
**Customer communication**:
Contact the customers for communication like
Complaint Handling according to the Complaint Handling Process
Providing obsolete stock reports with the target to clear these stocks with the customers
Clearance of overdue
Customer communication about Graphic developments
Information about production data’s and supply information in special cases
Sending general customer information (marketing and innovations, events, sustainable reports, market information, AMP announcements, invitations,...)
Information about invoicing obsolete stocks, storage fees, litho ser-vice, scraping fees, damaged packaging material,....)
Sending can and end samples and technical information to customers
Caring for Quick Test samples for new products of customers
**Company internal Reporting**:
Support the SM’s and KAM’s with the following reports and tasks:
Contract performance per customer and KA for can and end
Provide weekly/monthly/annual forecasts from customers in the RCCP
Analysing the obsolete stocks per customer and labels and provide them for internal discussions and decisions
Provide the monthly figures about “added value sales”.
Preparation and distribution of the Price Sheets according to the Company procedure if required
**Company internal Cooperation**:
Provide the internal cooperation within the LRD, the Toller, the SCC and Principal in accordance with the Principal structure:
Follow up the relevant information for the Complaint Handling Procedure with the Quality department
CTS colleagues
S&D;/planning support department
Keep close communication with S&D;/Planning support about obsolete stocks, label changes, ATM situation, payment issues at customers
Follow up the relevant Graphic issues to inform customers, if required and according to the Graphic Handling Process.
Communicate with the Finance Department of the SCC the overdue issues at customers.
Give support to administrate and update the HUB system.

**Education/ Training**: Minimum secondary school, preferably in administration,
Bachelor economical or business education
Experience
Experience in an sales department of international company, very good organization and communication skills, high motivation
Competencies
Native Speaker in the relevant Country and fluent in English
MS office, outlook, SAP, Power BI
