Implementation Artist | North America | Canada | Europe | Fully Remote
We are looking for a passionate Implementation Artist to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for ensuring various art assets such as props, weapons, characters and environment assets will be ready to transition into polished, game‑ready assets. This is the perfect role to coordinate with multiple disciplines and begin learning your trade in the world of video game development.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Technical Art and wider Art teams to understand artistic requirements and technical limitations.
* Partner with internal and outsourced art teams to elevate assets to high final quality.
* Understand art and technical standards, file management, and art production pipeline tools.
* Ensure all art content produced is clean, optimized and error‑free, fixing issues directly and creating or requesting tools to improve the process.
* Help maintain and update documentation, and train team members to deliver higher‑quality content.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year as a 3D artist or Technical Artist.
* Passion for game art workflows.
* Attention to detail and QA‑oriented mindset.
* Knowledge of Maya, 3DSMax, Blender or similar.
* Ability to work independently with high autonomy.
* Basic experience with Unreal Engine, Material and VFX systems.
* Experience with Substance Painter, Substance Designer and Photoshop.
* Strong ability to learn new areas of development.
* Excellent time management and creative problem‑solving skills.
