Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Account Manager
for our AMEX account. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English and will work on-site in Málaga. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the AMEX account, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
* Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategic initiatives.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for client and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
* Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
