We’re currently looking for a full-time 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. If you’re motivated to achieve results, passionate about building relationships, and eager to grow your career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities include the following:
Building Connections: Proactively reaching out to potential clients to grow our business. (Market mapping, cold calling, on-site meeting, participating to market events…)
Closing Deals: Negotiating agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.
Sourcing Talent: Conducting searches and selections of candidates, utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Driving Success: Taking ownership of your market sector and contributing to its dynamic growth.
Hitting Targets: Setting ambitious goals and achieving them with support and resources at your disposal.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in 360 Recruitment, or IT Consulting
Fluent in Spanish & Catalan
Very good command of English
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
Enthusiasm, ambition, and a strong motivation to grow and succeed.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
