Based in Italy and present in 9 countries across Europe and Latin America with more than 2,000 employees, Tinexta is active in the strategic sectors of Digital Trust, Cyber Security and Business Innovation. /p pb Main Tasks /b /pulli Prospecting potential customers (leads). /lili Qualify leads generated by marketing or other sources. /lili Sales pipeline management: /lili Keep the CRM (Salesforce) up to date with customer and opportunity information. /lili Proactively follow up on each opportunity to advance the sales cycle. /lili Presentation of products or services: /lili Conduct remote demonstrations, personalised presentations or video calls to showcase the value of the product. /lili Resolve technical or commercial queries from potential customers. /lili Negotiation and closing sales. /lili Prepare commercial proposals and quotations. /lili Negotiate terms with customers to close deals. /lili Work in coordination with the marketing team to optimise campaigns. /lili Coordinate with the Customer Success or support team to ensure a smooth customer transition after the sale. /lili Data analysis and continuous improvement: /lili Analyse sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. /lili Loyalty and cross-selling: /lili Identify opportunities for additional sales or cross-selling within existing accounts. /lili Maintain relationships with active customers to encourage repeat purchases. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /pulli In depth knowledge of the ICT market, ideally showing a past experience in the Digital Trust one /lili Minimum 3 years experience in similar role /li /ul pb Personal feature of the ideal candidate /b /pulli Attitude to work in a multicultural international environment /lili Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills /lili Strong soft and negotiation skills /lili Customer-oriented mindset. /li /ul pb Educational background /b /pulli Vocational education or professional training in administrative disciplines or related fields, including marketing. /lili Salesforce knowledge. /lili Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian welcomed. /li /ul pb Location /b /pulli Madrid, Spain /li /ul
