We are responsible for the international, human, social and intellectual formation of our students.**We’re looking for a friendly, proactive and organized Head of Admissions to help us enroll students from Infant to Baccalaureate and also to host international students in Yago families or in a new brand state-of-the-art Boarding Home. You’ll join our wonderful Admissions team and help with our student recruitment, enrollment and communication activities.****Assisting, helping, and inspiring the Deputy Managing Director in many key areas of Yago School including enrollment of national and international students in our School, Boarding Home and New Programmes; Leading Communication in terms of School marketing and information tools as Yearbook, agendas, letters, brochures and mainly in other digital communication channels such as our websites and social media with the help of a Communications Officer.**The position would be at the same level as the Head of Stages. It will report directly to the Deputy Managing Director. She/he will lead the person responsible for the communication of the School.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Be able to communicate without problems in both English and Spanish, ideally accredited in the non-native language.- To have a lot of enthusiasm and desire to lead a new project.- **ENROLLMENT**Providing consultations with prospective students when requested- Participating in (or delivering) info sessions if needed- Referring prospective students to specific people in the school for additional information (when needed)- Coordinating the admission tests with the coordinators, Counseling department and General Languages department.- Organizing and filing of enrollment documentation, processing student registration and payment with the help of our School Office**INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ENROLLMENT AND BOARDING HOME LAUNCH**In addition to those specific to the admission of students specified in the previous section:- Participation in the definition of operating policies, characteristics, services and activities of the Boarding home- Opening of distribution channels in the international market- Agreements with international agents- Participation in international fairs- Define the admission process for our Boarding Home- Create information for the website, promotional material and catalogs- Promotion and information request for host families and boarding home- Preparing documentation for the inscription forms of the Boarding home- Establishing contacts with agents in Spain and abroad to get students for the school and Boarding homePlease note that you are wholly responsible for fact checking in respect of the information provided by schools.
