* Agentic Excellence: We use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Lovable to handle the heavy lifting. You are the orchestrator who guides the AI to build scalable, secure, and elegant systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the Product: You will be part of an autonomous team of 5, reporting to an Engineering Team Lead. You are not a ticket‑taker; you work on an equal footing with Product Managers to decide what we build.
* Fullstack Stewardship: You will balance between Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (TypeScript). Most days it is a 50/50 split, but you and your agents are comfortable shifting where the impact is needed most.
* High‑Stakes Security: Since we handle sensitive global compliance data, you own the security of your applications. From integrating best practices to thinking like a pentester, you ensure our platform remains a fortress.
* End‑to‑End Delivery: From initial system design to cloud infrastructure and deployment, you and your team own the full lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience: 3+ years of professional experience. You have enough battle scars to know when code is good and when it is simply hallucinated by an AI.
* Agentic Curiosity: You are either already using AI agents to accelerate your workflow or are deeply excited to start.
* The Tech Stack: Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular/TypeScript. You should be comfortable moving between the backend and frontend seamlessly.
* Ownership: You thrive in a results‑oriented, meeting‑light culture. You don’t need a manager to tell you what to do next.
* Security Mindset: You do not need to be a security researcher, but you must take pride in writing secure code and understanding modern threat landscapes.
* Communication: You are fluent in English.
