About you

Necessary Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on complex, multi-geography projects.
- In-depth knowledge of BackOffice and Collateral functions, including fixed income products, margin management (initial and variation), trade capture, lifecycle management, settlements, SWIFT messaging, confirmations, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Calypso Functional knowledge and expertise in configurations on the tool: trades, transfers, and workflows, static data filters, message set up, domain values, schedule tasks, etc.
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, manage, and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Communication & Client Orientation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Expertise in managing client expectations and facilitating feedback.
- Risk Management: Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks.
- Problem-Solving: Strong creative and critical thinking abilities; able to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle changes and setbacks with resilience and flexibility.
- Team Collaboration: Skilled in fostering teamwork and delegating tasks efficiently across multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent level of English necessary for daily interaction with different partners.
- Agile Expertise: Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).

Main functions of the role:

- Lead medium and large-scale projects in the Fixed Income area, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Oversee and allocate resources for efficient project execution.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various geographies.
- Manage relationships with Back Office (BO) and Clearings users, providing support and ensuring transparent communication.
- Identify, gather, and clarify business requirements for projects.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential deviations from project plans.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget using agile methodologies.
- Ensure the highest quality standards in project implementation.
- Oversee project financials, ensuring strict adherence to budgets and cost management.
